what/where are the quests that give extra attribute points?

Go to Annelle Fipps in Destiny's Gorge -> get the quest The Forgotten Ones.
Leave from Augury Rock -> Skyward Reach see Sariss Yassith.
Talk and get reward. Talk to again and get next quest Forgotten Wisdom.

Head south -> to the Arid Sea.
Talk to Siliss Yassith and get reward.

Second 15 Attribute is from Vanyi in Drok's Forge. You must first be Ascended, and able to get to Drok's. She will give you The Hero's Journey. Go to the 3 desert towns and get (don't have to complete) the secondary profession Path quests.

Go to see Vanyi for reward and next quest -> Hero's Challenge.
Go to Iron Mines of Moladune and fight to Copperhammer Mines (or start from Copperhammer if you have it on your map already).
Meet Sanyi -> follow her and finish the quest.
See Vanyi for reward.

ok on the second one Vanyi wont give me the second quest after i completed the 1st, whats up with that
